Carmen Campagnaro is an established entrepreneur and visionary within the real estate industry, beginning her journey at the early age of 18. She is a Co-Host and Producer of 30 Minutes To Wealth.
Carmen is also the Founder and President of Pro Funds Mortgages, a real estate investor-focused mortgage brokerage that provides mortgage services in residential, multi-residential, commercial, land, and development properties across Canada. To date, Carmen has arranged and coordinated mortgage funding in excess of $3 billion dollars with private and institutional lenders.
Carmen is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valour Group, a development and construction group of companies, the Co-Founder & Trustee of District Property Trust, a private real estate investment trust, the Founder and Owner of Once Upon a Stay, a vacation rental company that spans North America, and the owner of several other real estate companies.
Carmen has extensive industry experience, transacting on hundreds of real estate deals over numerous asset classes including land (development and construction), residential (single family, townhomes, multi family, vacation rentals), commercial (multi-family, retail, office, self-storage), and agricultural real estate.
In her spare time, Carmen enjoys baking, gardening, relaxing at the cottage and dreaming up her next real estate endeavour.

Taking after her mother, Jordan’s passion for real estate sparked at a young age. Since the age of 23, Jordan has participated in a variety of real estate investing strategies from mortgage investing to rent-to owns, buy and holds, BRRRR’s (buy, renovate, rent, refinance, repeat) and vacation rentals.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction in marketing and finance from Western University. She has authored dozens of articles on real estate investing and financing, attended numerous public speaking engagements for real estate investment training organizations across Canada, and has appeared on several national podcasts and television shows.
In her spare time, Jordan can be found with her family, friends, and mini-dachshund Finn. She also enjoys travel, fashion, design, and reading a good book!
