Robby has built an impressive real estate business (among others), that has closed on 60 properties in a one year time span, and that has completed more than 150 projects within 5 years.
Robby talks to us about his unique approach to real estate investing which involves targeting cities and neighbourhoods in Ontario that are undervalued. Robby and his team will go into these cities and force appreciation by purchasing and improving multiple properties within a close proximity to one another.
